AMBER is a 14-week program that provides technical assistance, subject expertise, and individualized coaching to help small businesses grow. Participants receive weekly management strategies and peer group sessions designed to support sustainable growth.

Eligibility:

• Small, minority, and underserved for-profit companies
• Montgomery County-based business
• Good Standing in the State of Maryland
• Preference given to companies in business for at least 2 years
