AMBER Spring 2026 applications open

AMBER is a 14-week program designed to provide technical assistance, subject expertise, and individualized coaching necessary for small businesses to scale their operation. Through weekly management strategies and peer group sessions, your business will learn the tactics and best practices necessary to achieve sustainable growth.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Small or minority for profit companies
- Montgomery County-based business
- Good Standing in the State of Maryland
- Preference is given to companies in business for a minimum of 2 years, but it is not required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Commitment to weekly coaching (virtual)
- Attendance at 5 monthly peer group sessions (in-person)

Applications for the spring cohort will open on October 15 and close on November 14, 2025, at 5:00 pm. Companies accepted to the AMBER program will be notified by December 21st with a schedule of activities. The Spring Cohort will run from January 14, 2026, to April 30, 2026.
