AMBER Spring 2026 information session

AMBER is designed to provide technical assistance, subject expertise, and individualized coaching necessary for small businesses to scale their operation. Through weekly management strategies and peer group sessions, your business will learn the tactics and best practices necessary to achieve sustainable growth.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Small or minority for profit companies
- Montgomery County-based business
- Good Standing in the State of Maryland
- Preference is given to companies in business for a minimum of 2 years, but it is not required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Commitment to weekly coaching (virtual)
- Attendance at 5 monthly peer group sessions (in-person)

Applications are open from October 15, 2025, until November 7 at 5 pm. Companies accepted to the AMBER program will be notified by December 19, 2025. The Spring 2026 cohort program runs from January 15, 2026, to April 30, 2026.
