AMBER is designed to provide technical assistance expertise and individualized coaching necessary for small businesses to scale their operation. Through weekly management strategies and peer group sessions, your business will learn the tactics and best practices necessary to achieve sustainable growth.

Eligibility:

• Small or minority for-profit companies
• Montgomery County-based business
• Good Standing in the State of Maryland
• Preference is given to companies in business for a minimum of 2 years but is not required

Applications are open and will be accepted until November 10, 2024, at 5 pm. Companies accepted to the AMBER program will be notified by December 15 with a schedule of activities. The program will run from January 20 – May 30, 2025.
